Tammy Stevenson - minister of music and discipleship
A St. Louis native, Tammy grew up in Florissant and attended Florissant Valley Baptist Church as a child and teenager. "Hazelwood Central" is the answer to the infamous question, "Where'd ya go to high school?"! She moved to Kansas City and then New York City to study music before returning to St. Louis to join the staff of a sister church. She was pleased to join the Florissant Valley staff in March of 1993. Her husband, John, is a retired guidance counselor and coach. They have two beautiful daughters - one a pharmacist, and the other an English Lit. teacher at Westminster Christian Academy. When Tammy isn't at church, you'll find her with camera in hand (and hopefully a passport, along with her family)!
